Questions about an official Coleman County criminal record must go to the office that keeps it. This private reference site does not hold arrest files, court pleadings, or Texas criminal-history data. Each elected county office controls its own records, and Coleman County warns that a request sent to the wrong department does not have to be forwarded.

Send a court request to the correct clerk, not to the sheriff. For city incident reports, contact the police department that wrote the report. Texas expunction petitions and orders of nondisclosure are filed through the court route authorized by state law; the clerk can provide current filing and certified-copy information but cannot give legal advice.
